How do I get to Flat Iron Square?

A

A stones-throw away from the thames, our closest underground stations are: London Bridge, Borough and Southwark. The 344, 381, N343 and N381 buses also stop nearby on Southwark St.

All stations provide step-free access, plus local bus routes operate a low-floor service and/or have a ramp available for wheelchair users.

Are you wheelchair accessible?

A

Flat Iron Square's outside area and Food Arch are both wheelchair accessible, however the Food Arch's mezzanine floor and our wine bar (Tap & Bottle) are not.

Where can I leave my bike?

A

We do not allow for bikes to be left on site, however there are suitable places to secure your bike on nearby Union St.

Are kids welcome?

A

Kids are of course welcome until 10pm subject to the discretion of the security and management during events or peak periods.

Are pets welcome?

A

Yes, although at busy periods - especially later on - we would advise against bringing your pet.

How do I book a table?

A

You can book online using our reservations form, or you can email us at [email protected]. If emailing, please remember to specify what day, time and how many people you would like to book for.

Please note: we only take reservations for a portion of the site to ensure plenty of space for walk-ins.

Can I bring my food and drink into Flat Iron Square?

A

For consumption no, and at busy periods - when bag checks are in place - security will remove any food or drink. Consuming your own alcohol on site may result in you being asked to leave.

Can I check in my coat/bag?

A

We do not have a cloakroom. Please look after your belongings.

Do you have Lost Property?

A

Should you leave something behind or lose an item while with us, please email [email protected] with as much detail as possible. Please note, items will be kept for two weeks only.
