What are your opening hours?

Wed/Thurs: 16:00-23:00
Fri/Sat: 12:00-00:00
Sun: 12:00-20:00

I want to book in 5 weeks’ time, why are all the dates greyed out?

To maintain a great customer experience, our diaries run 30 days in advance – set the alarm on your phone to four weeks out and that should get you at the front of the line.

There’s availability for a table of 6 but not for 2 – why can’t I just book for 2?

We have a set number of tables with different capacity. Unfortunately, due to Covid restrictions and our reservation plan we have to maintain the original numbers. You are more than welcome to join us as a walk-in customer, and we will do our best to find you availability if our reservations are full.

Our commitment to your safety during COVID-19

Nothing is more important to us than the safety of our guests. In addition to meeting all health standards, we are taking extra precaution by ensuring that tables are spaced apart, and all surfaces are thoroughly disinfected between seatings.

Can I book a table for more than 6 people after May 17th?

Yes! We are now taking bookings for up to 18 guests after May 17th in line with the rule of 6 lifting.

How can I book a table for one of the restaurants?

Why can I only book for 6 people? Can I make multiple reservations?

Due to current social distancing measures, we can only accommodate parties of 6 or below. Due to legislation changes taking action from Monday 14th September, we are no longer able to accept multiple table reservations for the same party.

Why do I have to enter my card details? Will I get charged?

As with most venues, we operate with a no-show policy so that we can protect revenue from those who don’t turn up for their reservation. We secure card details for all of our reservations – you won’t get charged unless you fail to notify us that you are unable to make your reservation.

All the dates are greyed out on the calendar. Why can’t I book?

If the dates are greyed out this would indicate that we don’t have availability for the group size/date/time that you are currently searching for. We get booked up quickly, but please do try a different combination of dates or times.

I don’t have a booking, can I just walk in?

You are more than welcome to join us without a reservation; however we cannot guarantee that we’ll have a table available on your arrival. We do reserve some space for walk-ins, and we will accommodate you as best we can.

I want to book but it’s saying I can only have the table for 3 hours – can’t I stay all night?

We do accommodate multiple reservations throughout the day which does mean that occasionally, your table will be rebooked, however if you’d like to stay longer, please do drop us an email and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Will you be showing the Euros? Can I book a table?

We will be screening the Euros at Flat Iron Square. Please keep an eye out for more information closer to the date on how to book or join our mailing list on the homepage to be notified when bookings for the euros are open.
